The St. Cuthbert's Property Development Committee has the exciting task of developing a plan to re-develop a portion of the parish's land near 82nd Avenue and 116th Street in North Delta. The current intention is to build low-cost seniors' housing and also provide new meeting rooms and a kitchen for the parish and daycare.
